If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

7. Promotional Offers and Free Product Offers

From time to time, we may offer discounts, free products, free-plus-shipping offers, bundles, giveaways, referral offers, limited-time promotions, or other special offers.

Promotional offers are subject to the terms presented with the offer and may be limited by quantity, location, customer, household, order, date, product, or availability.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional offers have no cash value;
  • Offers may not be combined with other offers;
  • Offers may be limited to one per customer, household, email address, shipping address, payment method, or account;
  • Shipping, handling, and taxes may still apply;

  • We may refuse or cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, automated, or inconsistent with the offer terms.

If we offer a free bracelet, free product, or similar promotion, the product may be free but shipping, handling, taxes, or optional add-ons may still apply. Any applicable charges will be disclosed before you complete checkout.

8. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

We may offer subscriptions, recurring orders, memberships, or other automatically renewing services.

If you purchase or sign up for a subscription, you authorize us and our payment processors to automatically charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

9. Subscription Changes and Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method made available in your account, through the subscription management link provided to you, or by contacting us at support@4everypaw.com.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the applicable renewal, processing, or shipment cutoff to avoid the next charge or shipment. If your order has already processed, packed, shipped, or entered fulfillment, cancellation may not apply to that shipment.

Unless otherwise stated, canceling a subscription stops future recurring charges but does not automatically refund previous charges.

We may change subscription pricing, product selection, shipping charges, frequency, or terms. Where required by law, we will provide notice and obtain consent before making material changes.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times, delivery estimates, and transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.

We may use third-party warehouses, fulfillment centers, dropshipping providers, carriers, and logistics partners to process and deliver orders.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, lost packages, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Risk of loss and title for products may pass to you when the order is delivered to the carrier or as otherwise provided by applicable law.

If your order is marked delivered but you did not receive it, or if your order is delayed, damaged, or missing, please contact us at support@4everypaw.com.

11. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, replacements, and cancellations are subject to the return policy posted on our website or otherwise provided at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, exchanges, or replacements in cases of abuse, fraud, excessive claims, policy violations, final sale items, used items, damaged items, missing items, or requests outside the applicable return window.

Shipping, handling, processing fees, and taxes may be non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise in our return policy.

12. Product Information and No Veterinary Advice

We make reasonable efforts to describe our products accurately. However, product images, colors, sizes, materials, weights, and descriptions may vary slightly from the actual product.

Our website, content, emails, product descriptions, and marketing materials are for general informational and commercial purposes only. They are not veterinary, medical, nutritional, behavioral, or professional advice.

13. Animal-Welfare Impact and Mission Claims

4 Every Paw’s mission is connected to helping animals in need. We may communicate that purchases, campaigns, or promotions help fund meals, shelter support, rescue-related programs, adoption efforts, animal-welfare partners, or similar impact activities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Purchases are purchases of goods or services, not charitable donations;
  • Purchases are not tax-deductible donations;
  • Impact amounts, meals, or benefits may be calculated using internal formulas, partner estimates, average costs, campaign budgets, or other reasonable methods;
  • Impact partners, programs, timing, locations, and methods may change;
  • We may aggregate customer purchases to fund mission-related programs;
  • We may substitute comparable forms of support when needed.

We aim to be transparent about our impact and may publish updates, estimates, stories, photos, or reports. Impact claims are subject to operational realities, partner availability, inventory, fulfillment, and other practical limitations.

14. Email and SMS Communications

By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may send you transactional communications related to your orders, account, subscriptions, customer support, and our services.

If you opt in to marketing emails or SMS messages, you consent to receive promotional communications from us, including offers, product updates, abandoned cart reminders, mission updates, and related messages.

Marketing consent is not required to make a purchase.

By submitting User Content, you grant 4 Every Paw a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, edit, adapt, create derivative works from, and otherwise use the content in connection with our website, products, advertising, social media, email, marketing, and business.

We may remove, edit, reject, or decline to publish User Content at any time for any reason.

16. Intellectual Property

Our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, icons, product names, page designs, software, code, features, and other content, are owned by or licensed to 4 Every Paw and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use our website and content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

All trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, and service names used on our website are the property of their respective owners.

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, the dispute will be handled according to this section, unless prohibited by applicable law.

25. Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 4 Every Paw agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, our website, products, services, subscriptions, promotions, communications, or your relationship with us will be resolved by binding individual arbitration, rather than in court.

This arbitration agreement does not prevent either party from bringing a claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

The arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the rules of a recognized arbitration provider selected by 4 Every Paw, unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different process.

The arbitrator will have authority to resolve disputes about the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement.

26. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 4 Every Paw agree that disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis.

You agree not to bring or participate in any class action, class arbitration, collective action, representative action, private attorney general action, or consolidated proceeding against 4 Every Paw.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim may proceed in court, but only to the extent required by law.

27. Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and 4 Every Paw waive any right to a jury trial for any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or related to these Terms, our website, products, services, subscriptions, promotions, communications, or your relationship with us.

28. Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of the arbitration agreement and class action waiver by sending written notice to support@4everypaw.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms.

Your opt-out notice must include:

  • Your full name;
  • Your email address;
  • Your mailing address;
  • A clear statement that you want to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

Opting out of arbitration will not affect any other part of these Terms.

29. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms, our website, products, services, subscriptions, promotions, or communications will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.

This governing law provision does not limit any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your state or country of residence.

30. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to our website, account, subscriptions, or services at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for us or others, engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity, or used our services unlawfully.

You may stop using our website and services at any time. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination, including payment obligations, dispute resolution terms, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification obligations.

31. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays, failures, or losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, transportation delays, carrier issues, customs delays, cyberattacks, power outages, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, or other events beyond our control.

32. Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in full force and effect, unless doing so would substantially defeat the purpose of these Terms.

33. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that part or any other part in the future.

34. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent.

We may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, sale of assets, reorganization, or by operation of law.

35. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented to you at checkout or in connection with specific products, services, subscriptions, or promotions, make up the entire agreement between you and 4 Every Paw regarding your use of our website and services.
